By supporting the manufacturer with the development and implementation of objective evaluation systems of ongoing development projects, reviewing and re-prioritizing the development project portfolio to focus resources, train the company in SCRUM methodology and coaching of application (incl. visual planning boards, SCRUM sprint approach etc.) the company reduced development project time by more than 80%. The OTIF level on projects increased by more than 30% and significant increase was noticed in the successful completion level of development projects.
