At EFESO Management Consultants , we have a long tradition of working with the Forest and Packaging industry. It all started 40 years ago. Today, we are thrilled about the renewability and this industry´s closeness to nature and to the ecosystem.

We see the potential for this industry to be and become a key player in making a better, more sustainable planet. Circular economy is in all forest and biobased packaging companies’ strategies. We are supporting them to take a step further by operationalizing their sustainability agenda. We have been working together with forest & packaging companies to meet the positive challenges of our future sustainable business models. Results are already here.

To continue to have an impact with industrial sustainability and provide other industries with the benefits of the renewable fiber - a source that is already largely used in technical innovations (new products) - there are some critical components to consider such as developing new business models or making supply chains expand along with securing successful investment projects.

The industry is extremely capex, energy and raw material intense and we see good 30% potentials to increase efficiency and decrease internal losses in the industry. EFESO Management Consultants ’s world class operations management (WCOM™) methodology helps make this happen by engaging all people within the organization on the quest to eradicate losses across all industrial sustainability priorities. Our purpose-in-life is to co-create an industrial future that is sustainable. As such we are in particular working towards the Sustainability Development Goal #9 for the Forest and Packaging industry: “Build resilient infrastructure, promote inclusive and sustainable industrialization and foster innovation”.
