Tobias Eriksson is graduated at the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden and has a Master's Degree in Engineering Physics, as well as an international executive MBA from ie Business School (Instituto Empresa) of Madrid, Spain.

Tobias started his career as a sales man of the German Automotive Group Continental Automotive Systems. Then he moved to management consultancy and has also ten years of executive sales line management and consulting experience within the Swedish Ericsson Group (Telecoms industry). Tobias has a total of 19 years in international consulting.

He is a multicultural professional, having worked, studied and lived in Sweden, France, Germany, Spain, US, China and Slovakia. Tobias is of Swedish nationality and citizenship and speaks five languages.

He has led and participated in many Growth Excellence, Operations Excellence and Strategy projects; helping forest, pulp, paper and packaging, energy, telecoms, pharma, chemicals and automotive companies to outperform.

Tobias is with EFESO Management Consultants since 2012. He is leading the Growth Excellence portfolio of offering within EFESO and managing the business of EFESO in the Nordic countries. He currently leads client engagements concerning Growth Excellence and Operations Excellence/WCOM, on shop floor as well as executive leadership level.
