Roberto is graduated in Management Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano.

He is specialised in WCOM™ program management for global customers, and implementation of the TPM approach: he supports customers to achieve TPM award (1st and 2nd level) together with JIPM.

He has also delivered continuous improvement programmes in the areas of manufacturing, supply chain and engineering projects dealing with new lay-out issues.

Before joining EFESO Management Consultants he worked in a production environment making plastic extrusion and thermoforming materials. His main sectors are Automotive, Fast moving consumer goods, Cables and Chemical industry (glass).

He is an expert in WCOM™.
