Luca Lecchi is the Group co-CEO.

Luca has over 20 years of consulting experience supporting C-suite executives across a range of industries including manufacturing, consumer goods and retail. He has been working in tandem with clients on topics spanning operations strategy, global business performance improvement and operations excellence.

He graduated with an Honours Degree in Industrial Management.
