Jost is a thought leader in performance excellence, cost-out, and CO2/sustainability optimization for global players across a range of industries such as automotive, aerospace & defense, industrial engineering, telecommunications, and finance.

Jost began his career at Daimler-Benz Aerospace as a member of the Corporate Management Program, where he delivered large-scale global programs. In his last position at Daimler-Benz, he led the commercialization strategy of the Space Division. He then transitioned to the consulting industry with PA Consulting Group, where he served as the German Country Head and led the Global Operations Excellence team.

He has led a wide range of projects spanning both operational improvements and strategic initiatives. These include global carbon neutrality programs, energy management optimization, AI-based lighthouse initiatives, automotive OEM turnarounds, and national security strategy development, among others.
