Erik Weytjens is a Principal consultant in EFESO’s Brussels office. His main areas of intervention include transformation management, operational excellence, corporate strategy and complex stakeholder alignment. He has a broad industrial experience in Chemicals, Engineering & Construction, Manufacturing, Electricity Transmission, Port Infrastructure, Aeronautics.
Recent projects include operational excellence projects in chemical plants and in the maintenance organization of a transmission system operator, the redesign of the EPC processes in manufacturing and construction companies, international business development, complex stakeholder alignment among 30 CEO’s, the redesign of the sales process for a leading contract R&D organization.
Before being a consultant, Erik had senior general management positions.
His degrees include an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from KUL (Belgium), an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech (USA) and an MBA from INSEAD (France)
