Bruno Machiels is the Group co-CEO.

Over the last 20 years, Bruno has helped chief executives and senior leaders from both the world's leading companies and SMEs to define, implement, and accelerate complex transformations. His areas of expertise include aligning executive teams at a strategic level, translating strategies into transformation roadmaps, and co-managing large transformation and change initiatives. He has also advised senior leaders on negotiating and realizing mergers, cross-enterprise collaborations, and carve-outs.

Throughout his career, Bruno has been active in various industries, including retail, healthcare, logistics, transport, food, financial services, media and telecom, professional services, and materials.

Bruno holds a Master of Laws from KU Leuven and an MBA from INSEAD. He has also completed programs at Sophia University in Tokyo (Japan) and Stanford University in California.
