Andrea is Managing Partner EMEA.

Andrea has more than 25 years experience in the management consulting arena. During the last 10 years at EFESO, Andrea has been serving as member of our Italy’s management team, then as Managing Director for Western Europe, and always in connection with leading roles in Industry teams (automotive, aerospace & defense, industrial manufacturing) and Practice teams (E2E Transformation, Idea 2 Value, Procurement & Cost Management, Industrial Capex). Andrea’s expertise spans value chain transformation, business planning, industrial strategy, operational improvement across operations and supply chain, product development, cost management, program management, transaction support.

During his career, Andrea has helped senior executives in global companies across many sectors to make step changes in their competitiveness by leveraging innovative industrial strategies and global performance improvement.

Before joining EFESO, Andrea was co-founder of Blupeter, a management consulting boutique in Italy. Prior to that, Andrea was a senior manager and member of the Group’s International Technical Committee at Solving International.

Andrea holds a degree in Management Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano. He speaks English, French and Italian.
