(Senior) Manager Supply Chain Transformation

You will play a pivotal role in accelerating progression with our client by combining integrating value chain process optimization, digital, human dynamics, and sustainability to ensure tangible results for tomorrow.
Your future daily life
You will act as the primary contact, a true leader and trusted advisor to our clients, you will work with them side by side “in tandem” helping them realizing their large scale and often complex business progression plans. Through your communication skills, your ability to manage large programs and result oriented mindset you will maximize the supply chain performance of our clients while safeguarding business continuity. You foster your client relations and will play an active role developing new opportunities and proposals based on your reputation, the quality of your work, knowledge, and expertise. You have an appetite for innovation and development of new intellectual property. As a true people manager, you will help developing the team through coaching, learning and on the job training.
The talent injection we are looking for
- 7 to 15 years of experience in a consulting role covering multiple domains of supply chain (e.g., distribution network design, transport, warehousing, forecasting, planning, S&OP/IBP, digital supply chain, sustainable supply shain, procurement, sourcing, segmentation, portfolio optimization, etc.).
- Experience with business development, client relations, proposals, program management, budget control, people management and coaching
- Solid change management expertise, presentation skills, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, digital and data analytics savvy, up to date with latest supply chain technologies
- A university degree and preferably an MBA or similar by experience
- Solid track record in large scale and complex transformations in an industrial environment
- Fluent in English and either Dutch or French with professional proficiency in the other language
- You have a true scale up mentality to help us grow our business
