Andrew Harte, Principal Consultant and Real Lean Operations Manager, is an expert in designing and implementing operating systems using the Real Lean techniques of Levelling, Flow and Standard Work to deliver step change improvements in Speed, Capacity and Productivity. 

His areas of expertise include Lean Laboratories, Lean in Quality Assurance and Lean in R&D. He is responsible for methodology development for the Lean R&D discipline and has over 12 years of experience implementing Lean in Labs, Quality departments and regulated environments.

Andrew is an industry specialist with deep experience in: Pharmaceuticals, Life Science, Medical Device, Biotech, Chemicals and Health Care.

He has a PhD in Chemistry (Trinity College Dublin) and an MBA (East Carolina University USA). He also holds a Black Belt in Six Sigma.
