Jan-Christoph looks back on more than 10 years of professional experience in management functions in the areas of engineering and research & development at an OEM of large diesel engines for maritime and stationary applications as well as turbomachinery for the process and oil & gas industry.

Prior to ROI, he was COO and member of the executive board of a medium-sized engineering company in the field of prototype development and testing of gas turbines and aero engines.
